Its time for some creative zombie killing! Grab a toy helicopter and combine it with a machete, this will make you a “Heliblade” so you can chop off some zombie heads, oh yes this game is endless zombie chopping fun. 
Dead Rising 2 is the sequel to Dead Rising, developed by Capcom and Blue Castle Games. 


The game lead character is  former motocross champion Chuck Green,  he and his daughter are stuck in Fortune City which is an amusement and entertainment resort. The story takes place 5 years after the first dead rising and a new zombie outbreak has erupted. Chuck, his daughter, and a handful of survivors must hold out for 3 days until help arrives. 

The story is not exactly original, but how many zombie story's are?, this doesn't stop it from being  pretty good. Chuck’s daughter has been bitten so she has to be injected with Zombrex, a drug which stops the virus but must be taken every 24 hours. I hate having to find Zombrex to give to her, but its mandatory so you better find it or game over. They have made finding the Zombrex pretty hard and finding the money to buy it is even harder. 

The other bad thing about the game is you have to do the missions. This is a must, and the missions are  also timed which means you can’t just go around killing zombies, if you take to long you have to restart from the last check point. Loading screens are endless and seem to take a while to load. There are also parts of the game where you have to fight psychos, they take a lot of more damage than zombies. I have yet to be killed by zombies, but I have been killed by people numerous of times,  people are way more difficult to kill than zombies. As in the first Dead Rising Chuck can change his cloths, I really like that you can change anything from a Tuxedo to a Onesie. Probably the best thing about this game is the weapons, the weapons are awesome you can combine almost anything, not to mention you can even ride a pink tricycle to run over zombies.

I do wish the game had offline co-op,  there is co-op but only online. I had a fun time playing the game epically killing the undead with a modified flamethrower by combining a gas canister with a water gun. 
I loved this game and despite it's few flaws it is a must buy for any zombie gamer, if your still not sure then why not rent it?   Dead Rising 2 is just as good as the original, maybe even better....
