ZombieDrule thinks.."Zombies on a Plane".... I mean "Flight of the Living Dead" is about a group of passengers, pilots, and stewardesses on their way to Paris. It just so happens that this plane is also carrying a top secret experimental cargo. A person injected with a virus that triggers her body regenerate after death. This has an unfortunate side effect of turning her into a blood thirsty zombie, but I guess that's a fortunate side effect for the viewer cause it makes for a much more interesting movie. This film was a bit of a knock off of "Snakes on a Plane". Minus the snakes and add zombies. The plot was even familiar. What little plot there was. And I'd say a good 60-70% of the film was passengers running around screaming their heads off while zombies rip them to shreds (it was like shooting fish in a barrel). Now you may read this like that's a bad thing. Not for me, I like zombie mayhem. But some may find it gets old seeing the same intestines getting ripped out and eaten over and over again... weirdos. "Flight of the Living Dead" was surprisingly well acted with a lot of recognizable faces but no names. The characters were likable and I was disappointed when many of them got the bite. I'd say this movie will appeal to the avid zombie fan. But your average zombie fan will be left wanting more. More interesting plot and less crappy cockpit scenes. They really took me out of the moment.
Best Line - " Two in the chest 1 in the balls. Thats what I say " Best Weapon - Putter |
