Zombiesdrule Thinks...You want to know something about me. I honestly thought I was past the point of being desensitized to zombie films. Watching all these films week after week, I thought nothing could possibly shock me anymore. I was wrong... BIG TIME! "Poultrygeist: Night of the Living Chicken" is about a guy trying to win back the girl that got away from him after she turned into a protesting lesbian from one year at college. His idea to win her back is to get a job at the very fast food restaurant that she is protesting. Why is she protesting this fine establishment known as American Bunker Chicken? Well they decided to build their store on an ancient Indian burial ground. Ya that's right ancient Indian burial ground. When are people going to learn? This film was many things, strange, offensive, disturbing, original, offensive, insane, racist, offensive, offensive and not to mention insanely offensive. The very first scene of the film was the two main characters having sex in the Indian graveyard (prior to the construction of American Bunker Chicken) while zombie hands grope them while a zombie finger gets stuck up the guy's butt and snaps off. All the while the caretaker is beside them watching and masturbating. And in retrospect that was probably the tamest scene in the film. I got the feeling that the makers of this movie were going for some records. Record amount of projectile diahrea, racial stereotypes, and boobs. But at least with the racial stereotypes they try and cover everyone so no one is left out. Oh and all of this is capped off by it being a musical as well. I'm not really sure what to say about this film. It really had my attention throughout the movie. I couldn't go 10 minutes without going "Oh please no!". The acting was surprisingly good as well as the makeup. It was certainly funny, but mostly shock offensive funny. The movie is crude humour and cheap laughs. If you enjoy this kind of cult film of the bizarre than definitely watch this film soon. If you're not one to laugh at guy running to the toilet to take a dump, laying an egg in the toilet, and then it hatches a baby zombie chicken that proceeds to peck at his nose, then you might want to avoid this one.
