ZombiesDrule thinks..Unless you have been living under a rock or your a young person who never watches 'old' stuff I shouldn't need to tell you about The X-Files.
OK, here it is for Mr I.Live Underrocky... Fox Mulder (David Duchovny) and Dana Scully (Gillian Anderson) are FBI agents who work out of the basement in the head office in Washigton DC. Why the basement I here you say, well because the FBI are embarrassed by them because they are the investigators of X-Files. The X Files are unsolved cases that tend to involve the paranormal, things like UFO's, ghosts, monsters etc. Mulder is the true believer, he will believe almost anything, his strongest belief is in the existence of Aliens. Scully on the other hand is a huge skeptic and questions everything.. Millennium is the only X Files episode to feature Zombies, and its not very good. It's set at the turn of the 21st century and we have a a group of people called the Millennium Group. They enlist a religious fanatic called Mark Johnson and one by one they commit suicide, and one by one he brings them back to life as zombies. Mulder and Scully visit a criminal profile called Frank Black, who worked undercover with the Millennium Group, he reluctantly helps them. Scully gets attacked in the morgue by a Zombie, this ends with an anticlimax. Mulder takes the information gained from Frank Black and gets traps in a basement with some Zombies, this ends with an anticlimax. In fact, sadly for me the episode overall is one big anticlimax, and I normally like the X-Files. I guess when a show runs for 9 seasons your bound to have a few crap ones..... |
